Dear Colleagues and Friends,
 
It is a great pleasure and honour for me to welcome you to the 30th Annual Congress of the European Association of Tissue and Cell Banks, which will take place in Warsaw, Poland on September 14th–16th, 2022. The congress will be held in the Sound Garden Hotel Airport.
 
It will be very important for several reasons.
 
Firstly, we will celebrate 30th Anniversary of our Association.
 
I believe, that during 2022 Congress of EATCB, we will have a chance to meet face-to-face after two-years brake on grounds of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
 
The Congress will cover most of the topics that are important for professionals involved in tissue and cell banking activities including donation, quality and safety, processing, traceability, as well as specific aspects dedicated to particular types of banked tissues or cells. 
We are planning to organize workshops and round table discussions on important subjects will accompany scientific sessions. I believe that this idea, introduced some years ago was acknowledged by all participants and brought more practical information. 
 
International well renowned speakers invited to be key note lecturers will share their knowledge and experience with us. Also your presentations and posters guarantee the high scientific level of the Congress. 
 
I wish you all the lecturers and participants fruitful discussions, believing that an exchange of experiences will contribute to the joint skills, and will also be helpful in our daily practice.
 
I do also hope, that you will be able to find an opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of a capital of Poland.
